MOVE CHARG FORWARD
There are a number of ways you can support our work at CHARG, and we are always interested in people who want to participate. Supporting student research and community organizations requires stipends, software, hardware, and equipment. Scroll below to see the different ways you can give, either directly to the CHARG Fund, through in-kind donations, or by volunteering.
The CHARG Fund
While we work closely with our partners to establish ways to support students and acquire the necessary equipment to carry out our projects, your philanthropic support ensures that we always have the funds we need to support our team and our partners. The CHARG Fund was established in 2022 to provide funding to support student research stipends, travel, software, hardware, and equipment. All gifts are tax deductible. Supporters will be immediately signed up for our monthly newsletter, and we will send you a nice package of CHARG swag in recognition of your gift.
If you have questions about your gift, or if you would like the funds to go towards something specific, please check out our wishlist and contact Dr. Terry Brock at brockt@wfu.edu.
You can make an immediate donation to the CHARG Fund by clicking the button below. If you would like to give in a different form, please visit the Giving Website at Wake Forest University. When using these forms for giving, please ensure that you indicate your gift should go to the Cultural Heritage and Archaeology Research Group Fund.
In-Kind Donations
CHARG is open to in-kind giving, and have generated a wishlist of items that we are currently trying to raise funds for acquiring. While we would prefer monetary gifts through the CHARG Fund, we are also happy to receive lightly used digital equipment, gift cards, or other forms of in-kind gifts that could help us. Before acquiring something off this list, please reach out to Dr. Terry Brock at brockt@wfu.edu to discuss the item you are considering purchasing. All in-kind donations must be approved by Wake Forest University before they can be accepted.
